Orders
I placed an order, did you receive it?
eSTOCKWARE has a system in place to notify our customers that we have received your order. This notification is sent to you via email shortly after you have completed your purchase. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of your order, please contact us so we can confirm your order. Almost all orders placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same day.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact Customer Service to cancel the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
Because we ship to our customers so quickly at eSTOCKWARE checking your order status is generally not necessary. A tracking number will be provided upon request.
How do I return my product?
You can request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and then write the RMA # on the outside of your box and mail or ship back the product. Please see shipping for more details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal as well as wire transfers.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your order is reviewed before your card is charged. This usually takes one to two hours after your purchase.

Is your software authentic?
All our software is 100% authentic genuwine guaranteed product. We actively inspect all stock we receive and have very strict internal guidelines for the receiving and inspection of merchandise. We offer a money back guarantee.
Is your software used?
No, all the software we sell is brand new. Occassionally a product may have broken shrink wrap as we have very high quality checking standards and we inspect all products that we receive for authenticity.
Is it faster to order by telephone?
No, our system is designed to process online orders first, they will take precedence in shipping. You can also enter information faster online than we can take it over the phone.
Terminology
What does CAL stand for?
Client Access License. These grant the right for a computer to have access to the server, which is different than an operating system or workstation license which grants you the right to have an operating system running on your system.
What does OEM mean?
Original Equipment Manufacturer. Some software and hardware manufacturers or copyright holders require that hardware (sometimes specific hardware) be purchased with their OEM products. eSTOCKWARE does not have affiliations or agreements with any of these manufacturers or copyright holders. eSTOCKWARE currently sells a number of software products but only a limited amount of hardware or peripheral items. The End User License Agreement is a contract between the user of the software or hardware item and the manufacturer or copyright holder of the software or hardware product. By purchasing OEM software or hardware from eSTOCKWARE you are providing eSTOCKWARE with your assurance that you are acquiring the qualifying hardware or items (from us or some other vendor) required by the manufacturer of the software or hardware or copyright holder. By purchasing OEM items from eSTOCKWARE you have agreed to comply with all of the terms of the End User License Agreement and have purchased or intend to purchase the qualifying hardware or items required. With your purchase of OEM software and hardware products from eSTOCKWARE you hold eSTOCKWARE harmless for any damages or violations of the Agreement between the End User (you) and the software or hardware manufacturer or copyright holder.
What does COA mean?
Certificate of Authenticity. This confirms that the product was legitimately manufactured.
What does no media mean?
No CD or floppy disks will be included.
What is the difference between an update and an upgrade?
An update is basically a software patch that you pay for. An upgrade takes you from one version to another such as from Windows 95 to Windows 98. Going from Windows 98 to Windows SE (second edition) would require an update.

How do I know my transaction is secure?
We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all areas of the site that require you to provide your personal or account information. These include online ordering, order status, catalog requests and contest forms. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server. Because of our pricing levels and the highly competitive nature of the software business we are not able to provide technical support., however we will do our best to point our customers in the right direction if they encounter any problems.
